User’s identification

For identification of your person in Mapul it is necessary for you to pass procedure of registration in system. From specified by you during registration of personal data: the your login, number ICQ and a name in Skype, can be accessible to other users. Other data: the password, e-mail, etc. are confidential.

Passwords

Passwords of users are a unique guarantee of integrity of your registration record.
All users are recommended to choose complex passwords and never them to disclose.
It is forbidden to represent intentionally the password on a general review.
Do not forget to leave system after have taken advantage of a pseudonym on a popular computer to avoid use of your name of the user by others.

Recording

At visiting web-pages Mapul you transfer a server the information on. The majority a web-servers conduct recording a part of this information, with the purpose of reception of data on what pages are popular in users and they use what browsers. These reports are processed in statistics of sites, and the full information is not published.

Policy of disclosing of recorded data

The confidential data collected at registration, from reports of work of a server and the information from a database can be disclosed in following cases:

• Performance of verdicts of court or others obligatory to execution of requirements of law enforcement bodies.
• To the Owner of a site if it is necessary for investigation of complaints about infringements.
• Cases when there is a reasonable necessity of protection of the rights, the property and safety of the project and its users.

Except for these cases, disclosing of the similar information is forbidden.

Access to the information of the third party

Any mind maps created by users, having during the moment of creation of a maps a free-of-charge variant of an account in project Mapul, can be used by whom and anywhere on the basis of license GFDL. Exception are the materials of the project distributed under license Creative Commons.

Removal of registration records

The registration records of users functioning within the limits of a free-of-charge account, can be removed at any moment without the prior notification of their owners. However at the moment policy Mapul does not assume removal of free-of-charge accounts.
The registration record functioning within the limits of an premium - account, cannot be removed before expiry of the term of action premium - an account.
