These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Mapul website and app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service provider
Mapul is operated by David Gambashidze, a sole proprietor registered in Georgia.
The service
Mapul provides a browser-based tool for creating organic mind maps, sketches of ideas, and related visual notes.
Use of the service
You agree to use Mapul only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, infrastructure, or accounts.
Pricing and billing
Mapul is currently free. If paid plans are offered in the future, pricing, billing frequency, and purchase details will be presented before checkout. Payments may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.
Intellectual property
The Mapul website, branding, interface, and software are owned by David Gambashidze or licensed for use. You retain rights to the content you create using the product, except where third-party rights apply.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
