Refund terms for Mapul Pro purchases.
Mapul offers Free access and paid Pro subscriptions. This policy explains how refund requests for paid Pro purchases are handled.
Free plan
No payment is required to use the Free plan, so refunds do not apply to Free access.
Digital purchases
For paid Pro subscriptions or other digital purchases, customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting support@mapul.com.
How refunds are assessed
Refund requests for payments are handled in line with the applicable payment provider's refund policy.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank or card issuer.
